Works closely in partnership with the client throughout, establishing themselves upfront as the main contact, taking care to manage their expectations and keep a good communication flow.
Part of the account team for a key client.
Develops strong relationships with existing clients and keeps in touch with historic clients.
Delegates to, supports and guides junior colleagues, helping them to develop and build their roles.
While working mainly autonomously, will check with the Project Lead at key decision points on larger / more complex projects, and escalates difficult issues.
Manages internal project teams focusing on key aspects of the business such as marketing, social or new product development.
