This week we’re celebrating innovation in design. Royal College of Art graduate Eunhee Jo recently took the humble speaker, and turned it into a…Tangible Textural Interface. Covered in fabric, the tactile device consists of a concave control panel (which you touch to skip tracks & adjust the volume), and a speaker that pulsates to the music. With the Olympics around the corner, sportswear is truly back on the style agenda. Our current forerunner in cutting edge design is Reebok, who this week showcased these quirky ZigMaze trainers. Featuring a textured upper, with logo etched in, the brand offer a breathable and lightweight alternative to fashionable footwear.
Sun protection just got more interesting for us mere mortals, thanks to this extraordinary packaging – flown in from Marvel HQ. A seductively simple capsule structure fits nicely in-hand, and bold colourways serve a twofold purpose; they correspond to Marvel superheroes and also their level of SPF protection.
