    Overview

    Would you like to help shape design for some of the biggest brands in the world? We work with global clients such as Unilever, Suntory Global Spirits, Haleon, Essity, Britvic, Ferrero, Molson Coors and General Mills, across all stages of the design process. We are looking for an Associate Director to join our passionate, ambitious and fun Quant team. While you will be a quantitative specialist, a large majority of the work we do is integrated with Qual, so there is an opportunity to work closely with our qualitative specialists. You will already be established in a research agency, with experience of leading projects, overseeing all aspects of the research process, including writing proposals. You will be skilled at managing the day-to-day running of a project, as well as liaising with clients and suppliers. You should have an active interest in brands and design, alongside a curiosity for utilising behavioural science and research tools to understand the needs, behaviours, and experiences of consumers.

    Key Tasks / Responsibilities

    • Takes responsibility for the successful delivery of projects that generate top quality results

    • Writes clear and compelling debriefs, delegating responsibilities as needed

    • Prepares creative and innovative proposals that meet the needs of our clients

    • Has a good comprehension of qualitative research and experience with integrated research

    • Maintains positive client relationships, often the senior point of contact on projects

    • Leads by example to inspire others, encouraging creativity and supporting the development of others

    • Contributes to internal work streams, think pieces, marketing activities
