We are specialists in design insight with offices in London and New York. Our approach is based on the principles of Design Thinking – a human-centred ethos that guides creative development. It means our insight seamlessly integrates into the creative process to inspire, guide and hone design.

We have a strong focus on FMCG, and our blue chip clients include Unilever, GSK, Reckitt Benckiser, PepsiCo and General Mills. Other clients include Diageo, Disney, Chivas Brothers, Britvic and Innocent (full list is on our website).

While we’ve built our reputation on qualitative research, we’ve recently launched a quantitative offer to ensure we are able to research design from its very conception through to launch. As such, we use an extensive range of exciting methods and approaches.

Associate Director
Central Manhattan, NYC

We’re looking for an expert and insightful qualitative researcher to report into the SVP, specializing in the area of design research.

This is a fantastic role for someone who can lead and get stuck in at every stage of the research process, and who relishes the opportunity to help shape the business, building on the success we’ve had so far.

In addition to top quality research skills, we need someone with a proven track record and enjoyment of developing the business. This includes experience leading and nurturing relationships with existing clients as well helping to generate new business.

Qual Research Manager
Central London, UK

We’re looking for a Research Manager to join the team – someone who is already managing projects and teams, and has exposure to both UK and International research. Experience in design research is not essential, but a background in brand communication and strategic marketing is a definite advantage.

Qual Senior Research Executive
Central London, UK

Our SREs play a crucial role, providing strong project management, moderating and research support at each stage of our projects, many of which are mixed methodology.

To be considered for this role, you will already be established in a research agency, with experience of working and actively contributing to every stage of a research project. You should be skilled at overseeing the day-to-day running of a project, as well as liaising with clients and suppliers.

Quantitative Research Executive
Central London, UK

We are now looking for a Research Executive to join our exciting Quantitative Team! You will need to be able to provide high levels of support and original thinking at every stage of the project process – from taking the brief through to delivering the final report. 

To be considered for the role, you will have approximately 1-2 years’ + experience in a quantitative research agency and experience of working at every stage of the research process.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working across all aspects of project management, contributing to proposals, drafting debriefs, undertaking analysis, and liaising with fieldwork suppliers.

People Director – Maternity Cover
Central London, UK

Jo, our People Director, is expanding her family, so we’re on a search for a maternity cover to join us in October 2021.

The role is 30 hours a week over 4 days, but there is flexibility about how this worked around some key internal meetings and the time difference with New York.

Working alongside Emma, our Talent Development Director (TDD), you’ll report into the Board and be responsible for all our People activity across both offices. The main focus will be maintaining our unique culture, whilst adapting for a hybrid working environment.
